About The Designer

Belgian designer Raf Simons is a force in the world where streetwear meets high fashion. He launched his namesake brand in 1995, and lead creative teams at Jil Sander and Dior. Given the sportswear-turned-streetwear history of the British label, Fred Perry, the collaborative project Fred Perry x Raf Simons seems natural. The partnership gives both brands greater exposure and plays off the strengths of each. The designs are distinctly European, tapping into the rich subculture heritage of Fred Perry and the cutting edge aesthetic of Raf Simons.
